But every time you bake this cake, you always leave some regrets. It's hard to reach perfection. Sometimes it is not soft enough, sometimes there is stratification, sometimes it will shrink back.
On that day, I found enough time to make up my mind never to be lazy, to be honest and strictly follow the recipe to see if it could be perfect.
When baked, it is really beautiful. The fire should be just right. The surface of the cake appears light brown, and it expands and is smooth and full. After demoulding, surrounded by attractive golden yellow, cut a corner, the interior is the same golden yellow, no stratification, uniform and delicate, like a fine sponge, soft and elastic. Eat into the mouth, almost the entrance is changed. Is this the legendary perfect light cheesecake?
Not happy for a few minutes, the problem continued. The smooth, full surface wrinkled, as if a young man with a handsome face turned into an old man with wrinkled faces. It's "18 at the moment, 80 in a moment". Depressed.
At that time, why did the surface always have wrinkles? Obviously a young body, why is it full of vicissitudes? But soon, why do you want to pursue perfection, maybe the other way back to the question: even if one day we are already full of wrinkles, we should keep a young heart and a healthy body.
In the course of baking, you will have enough patience, enough meticulous, eager anticipation and the results that make you happy, and there will always be regrets or even frustrations. Besides the sweetness of success, the flavor of baking can also be bitter when it fails. In fact, is it not just the process of life and the taste of life?
